Who We Are
Mill Valley Troop 1 was founded in 1910 with a commitment to develop the youth of our community to be decent and capable citizens with the vision to lead and serve
We welcome boys and girls who seek friendship, adventure, challenges and fun.
We camp frequently, sometimes by backpacking, sometimes by kayaking. We camp locally, or in the Sierra, or at High Adventure bases across the United States.
We believe that a life lived in the outdoors is a fulfilling one.
We believe in protecting the outdoors, and practice Leave No Trace camping.
We meet in fellowship, for teaching, advancement, and fun, weekly.
We serve our communities, and are ourselves a welcoming community of scouts and families.
